Lobo Park, home of wolves and Antequera

Lobo Park is about understanding and observing wolves in an environment that resembles very good to their natural habitat, since 2002. It’s located in Antequera, Andalucia, and covers approximately 400.000m².

I’m glad that we came and enjoyed a day off with wolves, learning about their various life habits, as well as different types of species and how they differ from each other. Our guide was lovely, very friendly and answered all our questions, both English and Spanish.

The guided tour begins with the rescued animals: pigs, goats, a fox (which I didn’t get to see), chicks…and then for almost 2 hours you observe the wolves.

We ended the trip with a  short visit to Antequera, it’s 9km away from the park, so why not? Last entry in the Castel is at 18.30, we arrived at 19.00.
